'Ingredients: [ ] Raagi flour - 1 cup [ ] LSA meal (Linseed,Sunflower seed & Amlond) - 1 cup [ ] Cacao powder (or Cocoa powder but unsweetned) - 1 cup [ ] Almonds - 1/2 cup [ ] Cashews - 1/2 cup [ ] Chia - 1/2 cup [ ] Seseme seeds - 1/2 cup [ ] Sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup [ ] Dates - 1 and 1/2 cups [ ] Jaggery - 1 cup [ ] Ghee - 3/4th cup Recipe: Roast nuts and seeds seperately or as shown in rhe video, then set aside. Gride nut & seed mixture in grinder. Take a pan, add ghee, jaggery, cacao powder, raagi & LSA meal, nuts & seeds mixture, dates and mix well. Let this mixture cool a little before making protein balls or sukhdi. Enjoy!! Fun facts: Raw cacao is made by cold-pressing un-roasted cacao beans. The process keeps the living enzymes in the cacao and removes the fat (cacao butter). Cocoa looks the same but it’s not. Cocoa powder is raw cacao that’s been roasted at high temperatures. Sadly, roasting changes the molecular structure of the cacao bean, reducing the enzyme content and lowering the overall nutritional value. Did you know Linen cloth is made up from the stems of the plant that grows linseed and hence the name. Linseed is also known as flaxseeds and is rich is Omega3 fatty acids. Seseme seeds are full of protein and Omega-6 fatty acids.
